Please prompt donation at the beginning of our time and put it on the table. Travel, hotel, transportation and other expenses out of the package fee are extra and are not included in my package rates. You have to pay for these expenses. I am a sophisticated woman and like to be treated as such. I like to travel first class or business - prefer hotels and 4/5 stars.
